This position reports to the Operations Coordinator, providing backup and support for day-to-day operations, along with maintaining the integrity of data integration.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Will be responsible for EDI (Electronic Download Interface) communication logs.  A strong understanding of computers would be an asset

• Will review and find solutions to reduce the volume of suspense items, and ensure the efficiency of the process

• Will assist and resolve questions related to EDI from staff, and find solutions

• Will assist with reports and audits at the direction of the Operations Coordinator and SVP, to ensure data interity, and adherence to workflows

• Will assist with forensic audits of claims and compiling files for litigation

• Will assist in troubleshooting integration and EPIC issues; items to be escalated to Applied would be reported to the Operations Coordinator

• Will identify training opportunities and report

• Will assist in testing integration and new workflows

Knowledge, skills and requirements:

• Must have a RIBO licence, active and in good standing

• Must have a working knowledge of processes and workflows

• Experience with EPIC, Applied Rating is required

• Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to Toronto and/or Lindsay for meetings and collaboration

• Should have a working knowledge/understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Computer competent, have attention to detail and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly

• Excellent time and project management skills
